To provide documents for the production of a duplicate equine identification document
For a lost or illegible, damaged identification document, it may be a passport or replacement document or a duplicate already issued. The owner shall request a duplicate by submitting an application with a confirmation from the veterinarian or a certified assessor regarding the examination of the horse's identification (in Section of the Home Page, Form/Form No 21 Application for a duplicate horse passport).Preparing an invoice
After receiving the documents, an invoice or payment information shall be prepared, if the payment is made online, sent to the owner of the animal to the specified e-mail.Receipt of a duplicate equine animal identification
Upon receipt of payment, the Agricultural Data Centre shall send a duplicate of the identification document for the equine animal to the owner in accordance with the selection of the request.
