Adoption of documents on dogs trained to provide support to people with functional limitations - as guides for people with visual limitations or assistants to people with movement, hearing or mental limitations, and dogs trained and used in the treatment of people suffering from functional or mental disabilities.
Service requests
A completed and signed registration form (No 33) for a dog guide, dog assistant or dog trained to attack a human must be submitted to the data centre.
Receipt of services
The service is received in accordance with the application of choice.
