As part of an e-service, a person may, on-line, transfer ownership of a home animal to another natural person and confirm the transfer of ownership.
If the owner is dead, the e-service is not available.
Ownership in the case of a deceased owner may be changed if there is a certificate of inheritance. Fill in Form 30 - “Report sheet on a registered household (room) animal”, indicating the change of owner or, in the event of the death of the owner of the animal, a person who undertakes to become a holder of a registered household (room) animal for a period of time when the owner (natural person) is unable to fulfil the duties of the owner of the animal or – the owner (natural person) in case, until the approval of the right of succession, a submission regarding the change of the keeper of the house (room) animal and the place of holding shall be submitted to the data centre.
