Submit a submission for the recognition of the local breeding house (room) animal breeders' organisa
1. The organisation shall submit an application to the LDC Commission
(hereinafter - Application):
1.1. The organisation shall submit a submission regarding the recognition of the local breeding house (room) animal breeders organisation and the approval of the breeding programme, in accordance with Cabinet Regulation No. 10 of 8 January 2019, the procedures for registration and recognition of the breeding organisation of the breeding house (room) animals, as well as the procedures for the registration and recognition of the breed house (room) animal herd-book, and procedures for approval of the breeding programme 'Annex 2 on:
1.1.1. recognition of the organisation;
1.1.2. approval of the breeding programme;
1.1.3. approval of amendments to the breeding programme.
2. Applications shall be prepared in writing - either in paper or in electronic form in conformity with the regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents.Examination of application
The cultivation programme developed by the organisation shall be evaluated and approved by an organisation evaluation commission established by the LDC (hereinafter - commission). The by-law approved by the Director of the Agricultural Data Centre (hereinafter referred to as “LDC”) shall be

The LDC shall, within five working days of the taking of a decision on the recognition of an organisation, include it in the list of animal organisations of the breeding house (room) (hereinafter - list).
