Submit a submission for the recognition of the breeding organisation of the breeding house (room)
1. The organisation shall submit a submission regarding registration in accordance with the procedures for registration and recognition of Regulation No 10 of the Cabinet of Ministers of 8 January 2019, Procedures for the Registration and Recognition of a Varietal Home (Room) Animal Growing Organisation, as well as the Procedures for the Sorting of the breeding book, the procedures for the issuance and approval of the breeding programme, and the application shall be accompanied by:
1.1. a copy of the breeding by-law;
1.2. a list of establishments in the organisation. specifying the name, owner (given name, surname), telephone number and e-mail address.
2. Applications shall be prepared in writing - either in paper or in electronic form in conformity with the regulatory enactments regarding the drawing up of electronic documents.Evaluation and Review of the Application in the Commission
The Commission shall, within one month of receipt of the application, evaluate the documents submitted by the organisation, take a decision regarding the registration of the organisation or the refusal to register the organisation and notify the decision to the organisation. The Commission shall evaluate the application in accordance with Regulation No 10 of the Cabinet of Ministers of 8 January 2019, Procedures for the Registration and Recognition of a Varietal Home (Room) Animal Grower Organisation, as well as Procedures for the Organising of the breeding house (Room) Animals, Procedures for the Organising of the breeding book, Procedures for the Issuing and Approval of the breeding programme.Notification of the status of approved breeding organisation of a house (room)
If a decision has been taken on registration of an organisation, the LDC shall, within five working days of its adoption, include in the register of organisations the details of the organisation concerned, indicating the name, address, telephone number and e-mail address, the particular animal species with which the breeding is carried out and the breeding by-law.
